    Our process was unusual. Jon came recommended from a friend. We called him up last min to help us go look at a home and that same day he met us and made everything happen. Within 24 hours we were under contract with more than what we wanted out of the deal. 2 week closing. First time buyers. The process seemed impossible. Jon made it clear and easy.     We met Jon at a high end open house we could never afford, we were being nosey. He welcomed us, and he was full of energy, happiness and there was a sense of real knowledge that he knew what he was doing. A couple years later, when it was time for me to sell my mothers home my instincts were to call Jon, I was hesitant because this house we were selling was not in the same league as the million dollar house in Paradise Valley we met him at. But i called anyway and i am so glad I did!     Jon told my wife and I early on in the process “in this business there are people with real estate licenses and then there are real estate professionals”, through out the process he repeatedly proved himself to be the latter. Jon went above and beyond and did things other agents have not been willing to do for us. He helped us find off market deals and picked up all the slack left by other people involved in the deal, like the sellers agent. This ensured our experience as the buyer was smooth and shielded us from outside turbulence. He will fight for his clients tooth and nail and will not allow anyone to push his clients even an inch. Every decision he makes is for the best interest of his clients. One of the best examples of Jon’s work ethic would be our closing day. On closing day we arrived to the property to find out one of the tenants, a 82 year old woman, had not been informed by the previous owner that the shop/warehouse on the property needed to be empty for us to move in our belongings, until the day of sale. She was exhausted, injured and boarder-line about to have a heat stroke due to it being the middle of July. Jon had relayed we needed this space to the sellers agent at least a dozen times in the weeks leading up to closing day. Even though this was NOT Jon’s fault even in the slightest, he immediately volunteered to be at the property the next morning at 4AM and worked vigorously until a lifetime of the tenants belongings were moved into storage pods. Despite the intense heat, him and I got it done, and I really appreciated that he made sure the older woman was not putting stress on herself and her health. He is very much a man of principle and integrity. We will continue to invest in real estate and Jon has cemented himself permanently as part of our Arizona team. If you’re looking for an agent for your team, Jon is the man.
